CFA missions and its indicators

Our missions and roles

The CFA EC53 is a “Without Wall” CFA, that is to say that all our apprenticeship training is carried out by training units, under agreement, which are the Catholic schools of Mayenne. It is at the service of the implementation of an educational project. It is particularly a question of promoting within Catholic diocesan education the place of learning in the education system and what professionalization brings as a vector of meaning for training.

The missions of the CFA EC 53 are to lead to the success of apprentices in their training project by promoting excellence through courses adapted to the expectations of each and adapting the training offer according to the needs of local and regional professionals.

Our role

  • Ensure the smooth running of the work-study contract.
  • Advise apprentices and companies on their rights, duties and commitments.
  • Listen, support and accompany work-study students throughout their work-study student life.
  • Manage contract financing.

Our values

  • Promoting access for all to work-study higher education: social elevation, diversity, disability
  • Incorporate work-study into a responsible approach that listens to all stakeholders
  • Promote career paths through work-study programs in synergy with companies and professional organisations.
