Complaint
The CFA EC53 is committed to a quality approach in order to best satisfy their learners, companies and funders. Thus, the CFA EC53 has a policy for managing the complaints of apprenticeship actors in order to deal effectively with all the requests that will be made to it. A complaint is defined as the written expression, recording the non-respect of a right or a request relating to the provision of a service.
